Answering Surveys

You can easily answer surveys as soon as they are made available to you and also access survey's results once the end date of the survey is over.

Before you begin:
  • See 3DSwym Roles to know more about your Create, Read, Update and Delete rights while working with surveys.
  • The3DSwym Content app must be instantiated in a dashboard. You can:
    • Add the app to your dashboard and select Survey in the Content type drop-down list of the dashboard app preferences. Read the 3DEXPERIENCE Basics: Using Dashboards: Managing Widgets: Add widgets section and 3DSwym Content.
    • Use an existing dashboard app in a dashboard that has been already shared with you.

  1. In the 3DSwym Content app, start the survey.
    Note: Depending on the number of questions, you may need to click Next to complete it.
  2. Click Save.

The survey results are available:

  • at the date and time indicated in the message that appears at the end of the survey.
  • immediately, if the person who created it has selected the Show results of the survey immediately after a user answers it option.
