Tools Section

The Tools section of the action bar provides app-specific commands for diagnosing deviation between elements and for performing terrain slope analysis.

For information about standard commands in this area, see the Native Apps Common Services.

Deviation Analysis
Performs a gap analysis between reference objects and objects to measure.
Select an object as reference and an object to measure to start the analysis.
See Performing a Deviation Analysis.

Draft Analysis
Colors specific zones of the terrain mesh according to a color scale associated with a range of angle values to identify terrain singularities, when it is projected onto an horizontal plane.
See Performing a Slope Analysis and Performing Draft Analyses.
Link Spreadsheet
Lets you manage and synchronize image mapping parameters through a spreadsheet. The image coordinates are exposed in the Terrain Image Mapping dialog box and become knowledge parameters.
Creates an image mapping extension on a new feature or on a terrain aggregated under the new feature. A link is also created between these two image mapping extensions.
See Creating an Image Mapping.
Bounding Box
Creates a bounding box from a trap selection, a volume/closed surface or an alignment to select a portion of the point cloud.
See Using a Bounding Box.
