Accessing and Customizing Preferences

You can access and customize preferences for Tool Analysis.

  1. Select Me > Preferences.
    The Preferences dialog box appears.
  2. Select the Simulation > Process Engineering > Tool Analysis category in the left frame.
    The options for Tool Analysis appear in the right frame.
  3. Select the Tool Analysis tab in the right frame.

  4. Define these options according to your needs.
  5. Select the Robotics category in the left-hand box.
    The options for Robotics options appear, organized in tabs.
  6. Select the tab corresponding to the options to be customized.

    Offline Programming download, upload, robot program, Java
    Spot Welding approach point, departure point
    RRS properties
    Robot Task Display cartesian target, joint target, line
    Tag Visualization visualization
    Teach Layout Preferences Create customized layouts that are included in the Teach table

  7. Define these options according to your needs.
  8. Click OK to save the options and exit the Preferences dialog box.
