Lots Page

The Lots page shows a table containing basic information about all lots. This page provides access to specific lots and links to create a lot or to edit multiple lots. You can use the filter in the upper right of the page to limit the view to only lots that you own. Users with delete access can remove existing lots from the database.

If you are creating multiple lots simultaneously, this page opens in Edit mode when you click Done on the Create Lot page. See Structured Content in Edit Mode.

Do one of the following:

  • From the Compass, click Social and Collaborative Apps and select Unit BOM. Select Unit Tracking > Lots to view all lots to which you have access.
  • Click Unit PowerView from the tabs of a part's Properties page to see all lots related to that part. The part must have a related non-serialized part marking. See Unit PowerView - Lots Page.

Columns

ColumnDetails
Name Name of the lot. Click any highlighted name in this column to open the Properties page of the lot.
Type The lot type or subtype. By default, the type is "Lot."
State The current state of the lot in its lifecycle
Owner Person who is currently assigned responsibility for the lot
Originator The person who created the lot. This person is initially the owner of the lot, but can assign ownership to another user.
Customer The name of the customer for whom the lot is intended
Part Number The part number. Click any highlighted part number to go to the Properties page of that part.
Part Revision The part revision number or code
Number of Elements The number of parts contained in the lot
