Adding Assets to Collections

You can add one or more assets to your collections.

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin: You can add assets only to the collections where you are assigned the Can manage or Can edit permissions.

Add a Single Asset to a Collection

You can add a single asset to a collection of your choice.

  1. From a collaborative space or a collection, open the Add to Collection dialog box by doing one of the following:
    • From the asset of your choice, click (tap) Menu and select Add to Collection .
    • Right-click (hold) the asset of your choice and select Add to Collection .
  2. From the list of collections, select the collection in which you want to add the asset.

The asset is automatically added to the selected collection.

Add Multiple Assets to a Collection

You can add multiple assets to a collection of your choice.

  1. From a collaborative space or a collection, select multiple assets.

  2. From the app toolbar, click (tap) Add to Collection .
  3. From the list of collections, select the collection in which you want to add the assets.

The assets are automatically added to the selected collection.
