CAD Object Context Menu

In dialog boxes that show lists of CAD objects, the context menu for an item in the search results lets you work with the found CAD object. You only see the menu items appropriate for the context.

Menu ItemDescription
OpenChecks out the CAD object and all related CAD objects of the selection to the specified directory. If the object already exists in that directory, you are prompted to either overwrite that object, or select a different directory.
Open SelectedChecks out the selected CAD object without checking out its hierarchy.
LockLocks the CAD object in 3DEXPERIENCE.
UnlockRemoves the lock from the CAD object.
Revise to NEXTWhen saving the project, sets the revise column to NEXT.
Revise to MANUALWhen saving the project, opens the Revise to MANUAL dialog box. Enter the revision level you want to set and click OK.
Show IterationsOpens a list of iterations for the CAD object. You right-click an iteration to open it.
Remove CAD ModelDeletes the CAD Model from 3DEXPERIENCE. The app prompts you to confirm.

In the Workspace View, you can either permanently delete the CAD Model, or just remove them from the folder.

Show DetailsOpens a window that lists details about the CAD object.

Click Explore to open the the CAD object in X-CAD Design Management in a browser window. If not already logged in, the login dialog box opens.
