The Supply Chain Overview is separated into two sections.
- KPIs on current performance, and
- Alerts on current performance.
There are several KPIs measuring relevant supply chain metrics within the current period. The
KPI values depend on the supply chain scope selection (that is, focus on specific item/sales
segment/stock location/resource). For more information: Executive S&OP Intelligence KPIs
Alerts are raised for low performing supply chain scopes and verified against the period
definition(s) specified in the alert rules. The following alerts are available:
- Fill Rate (Volume): An alert is raised when the fill rate on the current period is lower
than the fill rate target (in volume) specified for the considered scope.
- Fill Rate (revenue): An alert is raised when the fill rate on the current period is
lower than the fill rate target (in revenue) specified for the considered scope.
- Safety Stock: An alert is raised when the safety stock level on the current period is
lower than the safety stock level specified for the considered scope.
- Inventory Value: An alert is raised when the inventory value on the current period
exceeds the maximum inventory value specified for the considered scope.
- Days Of Supply: An alert is raised when the days of supply on the current
period exceeds the maximum days of supply specified for the considered scope.
- Underused Resources: An alert is raised when the resource utilization on the current
period is lower than the minimum resource utilization percentage specified for
the considered scope.
- Bottleneck Resources: An alert is raised when the resource utilization on the current
period exceeds the bottleneck threshold percentage specified for the considered
scope.
- Sales: An alert is raised when the cumulative sales revenue on the current period is
lower than the cumulative sales target specified for the considered scope.

scope, the KPI values causing the alert and a chart of corresponding values over time.
Notes:
- Alert lists are filtered based on selected supply chain scope. Lists only show alerts
that impact the current selection.
- You can sort alert lists based on multiple criteria:
- Severity (show alerts of highest severity, meaning the largest gap to target -
first).
- Scope (item, stock location, resource, or sales segment) depending on the alert
type.
- You can use the upper right arrow
in the alert preview to navigate to the corresponding view.
