Automatically Assign Content Owners Through Settings

You can click the Settings icon to add content owners as assignees when creating an issue. Options are saved in your user preferences for creating issues in the future.
The settings behavior is as follows:::

  • Options for Enable the approval to ensure validation and review of this issue and Save the issue as a reusable template now display in the Settings. Previously they displayed in the Finalize tab that is now removed.
  • Hiding either of the top two options hides these settings on any Issues created from the template; but retains the value saved on the template. For example, if you create a template and choose “Assign automatically," then disable the field, all new Issues using this template are created as if “Assign automatically” is on.
  • Hiding the Save the issue as a reusable template option disables the check box, but allows entry of the template Name and Description. For issues created from this template, you cannot save the Issue as a template.
Benefits: .
