City Referential Panel

You can display general information about the selected referential which is the basis of your 3D map. Context commands are also available to let you update, delete, publish, or upload datasets.

  1. From the standard section of the action bar, click City Referential .
    General information (title, bounding box, ESPG code) as well as the list of available datasets are displayed.

    A status is also displayed next to each dataset displayed. As soon as a dataset is ready to be used, it is displayed in the Available City Datasets area and its status changes from In Progress to Ready. Otherwise, the status is switched to Error and the dataset cannot be dragged to the referential.

    Important: If access rights have been dissociated at dataset creation , the icon is displayed next to the lock symbol in the Publish Status column.
  2. In the Available City Datasets area, right-click a dataset to display the context menu.

    Delete Dataset Deletes the selected dataset.
    Update Dataset Updates the content of the selected dataset with a new geometry (defined by the datasource) and/or with a new set of user-defined parameters. These parameters can be exposed or mapping attributes, name, or start and end levels.

    Publish Dataset Publishes the dataset on the server.

    The lock symbol displayed in the Publish Status column changes from to . Published datasets are required when publishing your experience to a City navigation experience.

    Note: About dataset publication:
    • If the Publish Dataset option has been selected in the dataset creation dialog box, the symbol is already displayed in the Published column and you do not need to use the Publish Dataset context menu.
    • Datasets in preview, prepared simple features and bookmarks cannot be published.
    Upload Style Uploads the style of the original dataset to the server so that all users using this dataset can benefit from this custom styling.

    Reset Style Resets the style of the selected dataset to its initial style (either the default style, or the style defined for the datasource).

  3. Expand the Creation Date column to display information about the creation date and time of the datasets available in the selected referential.
    Tip: Click the column title to sort datasets in ascending or descending creation order.
