Opening a CAPA Request

You can open a CAPA request and view the categories of information for a CAPA request.

From the CAPA Requests Page, click the name of a CAPA request.
The CAPA request is opened in a new page.

You can use the categories in the navigation pane to access information related to the CAPA Request.

Customer Extensions Lists the customer extensions associated with the complaint. These customer extensions further define attributes for the CAPA request. Data SourcesLists the data sources that are connected to the CAPA request.See Data Sources.
Related Items Lists the related items that are connected to the CAPA request.
Note: When you create a CAPA from the CAPA request in which the related items are present, all the related items are also added to the CAPA. When you remove a CAPA from the CAPA request, all the related items also removed from the CAPA.
