| Priority | The priority value, from P0 to P3, of the defect. P0 is the highest priority. |
| Severity | How severe the defect is, a value from S0 (the highest severity) to S3 (the lowest severity). |
| Owner | The person responsible for the defect. |
| Originated Date | The date the defect documenting the problem was created. |
| Originator | The person who entered the defect. |

| Reason for Rejection | If the defect action was rejected, shows the reason. |
