| Alerts | Alert  is displayed for documents if:

| Name | Name of document. Click + to expand the document structure by one level. Right-click one or more selected documents and select Expand All to expand the entire document structure of the selected documents. Note:
Incase of cyclic links, reappearing documents cannot be expanded.

| Revision | Revision of document. By default, the latest iteration of the document selected for revision is displayed. Click revision to select an older iteration of the document from the list. Note:
Iteration selection list is available
only for documents that are displayed in the search results and
for documents in the structure after expanding.

| Lock Status | Icons are displayed to indicate the following lock status:

| Locked By | Name of owner of document lock. |
| Type | Type of document. |
| State | Current state of document in life cycle. |
| Description | Description of document |
| Rel Modification | The relationship modification status of the document. If the status is modified , the status is refreshed and the modified relationship status is displayed in the column. |
| Collaborative Space | Collaborative space with which the document is associated. Note:
This column is displayed only in the
baseline behavior setup.

| Organization | Name of the organization that owns the project. Note:
This column is displayed only in the
baseline behavior setup.

: Indicates that documents are not locked.
: Indicates that documents are locked by another user.
: Indicates that documents are locked by you.
