App Toolbar

The app toolbar is a toolbar that primarily contains only those commands that you can apply to the current selection. In addition, the toolbar contains some definite commands that you can apply in any context and that help you navigate or organize your content.

The availability of some commands of the toolbar depends on the number of assets that you select or the location (place or collection) where you select them. For more information, see the various tasks of this user guide that specifies what command is available for what type of selection and from where location.

Copy Link
Lets you copy the link of the selected asset (as a clickable URL) to your virtual clipboard.

Delete
Deletes the selected asset.

Create Task
Lets you create a collaborative task for the selected asset or assets.

Maturity
Lets you manage the maturity state of the asset in its lifecycle.

Download
Downloads the selected asset to your local device.

Publish Content
Lets you publish the selected asset or assets to 3DSwym or 3DDrive.

Add to Collection
Adds the selected asset or assets to the collection of your choice.

Remove From Collection
Removes the selected asset or assets from the current collection.
Note: This option is available only when you work with assets from a collection.

Filter
Lets you filter the listed assets by their type:
  • Rich information: displays assets enriched with higher levels of information (such as classification attributes)
  • Images: displays assets of the type image (.png files, .jpg files...)
  • Videos: displays assets of the type video (.mp4 files...)
  • 3DModel: displays assets of the type 3D model (published media experiences)
  • Document: displays assets of the type document (.pdf files)

Multi selection
Lets you select multiple assets. Selecting multiple assets consequently provides you with specific commands for these assets.

Multi Select Dropdown
Provides you with additional options to select multiple assets. Selecting multiple assets consequently provides you with specific commands for these assets.
  • Select all: lets you select all the assets in your current location
  • Unselect all: lets you cancel any selection in your current location

Layout
Lets you choose between three different asset displays:
  • Thumbnails layout: displays the assets as large thumbnails including their names and type indications.
  • Tiles layout: displays the assets as reduced thumbnails including their names and type indications.
  • List view: displays the assets in a table that provides detailed information about them, such as their names, type indications, maturity state, or last modification date. In the List view , you can sort the assets using the column headers.
