People

You can manage the people for your organization. Use the Members Control Center to define the persons (users) required for your company. Although Collaboration and Approvals allows you to create users, you should not use that command.

For more information, see Members and Roles.

For example, you can make changes to individual person definitions, such as if a person moves from one company location to another or changes phone numbers. A promotion could also require changes to the person's access role assignments.
