Members Management Dashboard

This dashboard provides access to the tabs below:

• My Platform. This tab provides access to the sections below:
  • Platform renaming: click Rename to rename your platform.
  • Members. Displays the number of platform users by type of rights (including administrators) along with invitations pending for validation, and the number of invitations that can still be granted. Click Invite Members to invite new users. For more information, see Inviting Members One by One.
  • Roles. Displays informations related to role usage and validity. For more information, see Managing Roles.
    • Granted roles: Displays the number of granted roles. Click in the area to see these granted roles filtered in Roles section of Members Control Center widget.
    • Capacity almost reached: Displays the number of roles that are almost out of stock. Click in the area to see these roles filtered with their usage percentage in Roles section of Members Control Center widget.
    • Expiring soon: Displays the number of roles that will expire in 30 days. Click in the area to see these roles with their expiration date filtered in Roles section of Members Control Center widget.
  • Pending Requests. Displays the number of pending role requests. For more information, see Managing Roles Requests.
  • Storage. Cloud environment only. Displays the platform storage capacity and percentage of space already used.
• Members. This tab provides access to the sections below:
  • Invite & Grant Roles. Displays the list of platform users. Click Invite Members to invite new users. For more information about this section, see:
    • Inviting Members One by One.
    • Using Search.
    • Granting Roles Using Multi-Selection.
    • Switch View in App Toolbar.
  • Manage Requests. Lets you manage roles request. For more information, see Managing Roles Requests.

    • By default, this option is selected.

  • Import Members.. Displays the list of invitations by batch along with a job status. For more information, see Inviting Members Using a .csv File.

This is a locked dashboard. You cannot modify or access its widget preferences.
