Transform Section

Activate Transform
Toggles Transform options availability.
Local Modification
The robot and its orientation depend on the local curve or surface.
See Transforming using the Robot.
Global Modification
The robot is oriented globally and the axes orthogonally to each other.
See Transforming using the Robot.
XYZ Orientation
Moves entities along the x-, y-, or z-axis of the current robot orientation, or rotates them around an axis.
See Transforming using the Robot.
UN Orientation
Axes orientation in the surface coordinate system:

x > U direction

y > cross U direction

z > Normal direction

See Transforming using the Robot.
VN Orientation
Axes orientation in the surface coordinate system:

x > cross V direction

y > V direction

z > Normal direction

See Transforming using the Robot.
View Plane Orientation
The robot z-axis is oriented in normal direction of the view plane and points toward the user out of the screen.
See Transforming using the Robot.
View Plane Align Orientation
The robot z-axis is oriented in normal direction of the view plane and points toward the user out of the screen. The robot is aligned to every view plane change.
See Transforming using the Robot.
OmniPlane Orientation
The robot z-axis is oriented in normal direction of the current OmniPlane
See Transforming using the Robot.
Translation
Translates along the robot axes.
See Transforming using the Robot.
Scaling
Scales entities depending on the selected orientation in xyz or uvn direction.
See Transforming using the Robot.
Rotation
Rotates the selected entity without dragging directly a robot axis.
See Transforming using the Robot.
More See About the Robot.

Controls Section

Activate Controls
Activates Controls options and subobject selection mode in the Select section.
Control Points
Sculpts a curve or surface using its control points.
See Sculpting with Control Points.
Greville Points
Modifies a curve or surface by moving its Greville points.
See Sculpting using Greville Points.
Global Points
Modifies global points on curves and surfaces.
See Sculpting with Global Points and Corner Points.
Corner Points
Modifies surfaces corner points and curve end points.
See Sculpting with Global Points and Corner Points.
Torque Handles
Modifies a curve or surface using torque handles.
See Sculpting with Torque Handles.
Segments
Adds and removes segments on surfaces and curves.
See Adding and Removing Segments.
Orders
Displays and modifies orders.
See Displaying and Modifying Orders.
Continuities
Displays continuities between matched surfaces and curves.
Link/unlink laws
Influences the effect of the modification synchronously or separately in u- and v-direction.
See Modifying Shapes using Laws.
Sync laws
Synchronizes the laws to reset them to equal u- and v-values
See Modifying Shapes using Laws.
U Law
Influences of the modification in u-direction only.
See Modifying Shapes using Laws.
V Law
Influences of the modification in v-direction only.
See Modifying Shapes using Laws.

Conditions

Conditions
Displays conditions defined between elements or directly on elements.
Condition in valid state
Displays conditions that are kept.
Condition in undefined state
Displays conditions that cannot be computed due to missing inputs, supports, or an update error.
Condition in invalid state
Displays conditions that are not kept.
