| Field Name | Description |

| Name | Name of the document library or the document family. |
| Type | Type of object: document library or document family. |
| Primary Image | Displays the primary image linked to the document library or the document family. |
| Title | A short title. |
| Description | A brief description. |
| Policy | Policy that controls lifecycle states of the document library or the document family. |
| State | Current lifecycle state of the document library or the document family. |
| Owner | Owner of the document library or the document family. |
| Originator | Creator of the document library or the document family. |
| Originated | Actual date when the document library or the document family was created. |
| Created On | Date of creation of the document library or the document family. |
| Approver | User who approved the document library or the document family for use. |
| Locked | If the document library or the document
family is locked,
 icon is displayed.

| Classification Path | The complete taxonomy path, starting from the library, of the classified item. Click a highlighted name to view the default page for that object. |
