Reply Sections

This section describes the options in the Sections menu for Reply objects. The Sections menu appears in the Action bar, and contains options you can use to view associated information and objects.

To access the categories:

  1. From the Request Properties page, click the Replies section.
  2. Click the name of the needed reply in the list.

Category Name Page Tabs Description For More Information
(name of the audit reply) Properties Shows the reply object properties. See Viewing Reply Properties.
History To view the consolidated history of the finding status. See Viewing History for Content.
Customer Extensions Shows the customer extensions associated with the reply. See Customer Extensions.
Reference Documents Shows reply reference material. See Reference Documents.
Where Used Shows the requests that are associated with the reply. -
Related Items -- Shows the objects associated with the reply. See Related Items List.
Lifecycle - Shows the lifecycle of the reply. See Lifecycle Page.
Tasks - Lists the action tasks created for the reply. See Action Tasks
Discussions - Lists the public and private discussions of the reply. See Discussions
Sharing - Lets you share the reply's content with others. See Sharing Page
