As when you view files that are in workspace folders, when you view the right pane for files in My Work folders, it includes:
- A menu bar with the Actions, Modify, Display, and Tools menus
- A file list with customizable columns that provide file information
- Shortcut menus
- Tabs that provide additional file information
Note:
If files are not in the database, only the Preview, Properties, and Search tabs are available. The Properties tab does not display any information related to the files.
One difference is that when you work with files that are represented in My Work, you can use the Detailed Tree View option on the Display menu to choose whether file names are displayed as a tree or as a flat list (as they are when working with workspace folders).
- Detailed Tree View off

Note:
If files are not in the database, they appear grayed out.
- Detailed Tree View on

If the files in My Work are links to files in workspace folders or global objects, a push pin icon appears to the right of the top level of the each branch of the tree.
If the files are not in the database, the push pin icon does not appear.
