Removing Access to Content

You can remove access to a file or a folder that other users have shared with you.

Tip: This command is also available by right-clicking a file or folder thumbnail.


Before you begin:
  • Available for 3DEXPERIENCE Drive only.
  • The content must have been shared directly with you. If the content has been shared with a user group you are member of, you cannot access this command.

  1. Select the Shared with Me node in the tree,.
  2. Select either of the following:
    • Select the file or folder, and in the toolbar select either of the following:
      • Click Revoke Access .
      • Select Information > Accesses > Menu > Revoke Access.
    • From the context menu of the file or folder, select Revoke Access.

    Note: You cannot remove content access if you have selected multiple files or folders. For more information, see Multi Selection in the App Toolbar.

  3. Click Revoke to validate.
