Second Secondary Area

The second secondary area of the View section provides app-specific commands for navigation and for selecting what browsers and editors to display in Dymola Behavior Modeling.

Flyout What Browsers and Editors to Display

Package Browser
Shows/hides the main Package Browser, to manage packages, models, and other classes.

Component Browser
Shows/hides the Component Browser, to manage components in current Modelica class.

Parameter and Variable Editor
Shows/hides the Parameter and Variable Editor, to manage parameters and variables in current Modelica class.

Component Path
Shows/hides the component path navigation bar when applying the command Show Component Instance. By default, the bar is displayed.
The navigation bar appears in the upper left of the diagram. To navigate to the parent component or class, click that item in the bar. You can use the arrows to navigate between displayed components.

Modelica Graphics Properties
Shows/hides the Modelica Graphics Properties dialog box, to edit selected graphical primitives.

Equation Editor
Shows/hides the Equation Editor, to edit the equations of the current Modelica class.

Preferred Classes
Shows/hides the Preferred Classes browsers, to manage preferred classes.

Shows/Hides the Proposed Classes Browser to use preferred classes

Documentation Viewer
Shows/hides the Documentation Viewer.
Click to display the documentation of the selected class. If no class is selected, the current active class is displayed.
