Viewing a Consolidated Schedule for Associated Projects

You can now view a consolidated schedule of all governing and related projects associated with all items in a portfolio version or sellable item.
The new Schedule tab contains a consolidated project plan schedule view that combines all of the milestones and gates from each associated project so that all relevant events are presented on one timeline, with one project per line.

The milestones and gates have different colored nodes on the project timelines so that you can differentiate between them.

You can navigate through the consolidated schedule, and right-click to open the relevant project plans if you have a responsibility that includes this permission.

Benefits: You can now quickly view all milestones and gates of all projects associated with a portfolio version or sellable item in a consolidated project plan timeline.
For more information, see View the Consolidated Project Schedule

Managing Backlog Items in a Portfolio Roadmap

You can now manage the backlog of items for a portfolio version family.

You can use the Roadmap action available in the identity card context menu to manage the backlog of items in the portfolio. You can plan backlogged items for a specific future portfolio version.

For portfolio versions and sellable items, you can use the Advanced Duplicate action to define whether you want to duplicate, exclude, or reuse each item in the portfolio version or sellable item. For items that are not portfolio versions or sellable items, you can only select whether to reuse or exclude the item from the duplicated item.

There is a new Price column to display a sellable item's standard price in the items list of both sellable items and portfolio versions. There is a new Custom Price column to define a custom price for a sellable item in a portfolio version's items list.

Users with the Contributor, Manager, or Owner responsibility can set a custom price for a sellable item in a portfolio version to override the standard price defined for the sellable item. The custom price overrides the sellable item's standard price only in the context of that portfolio version. These users can also revert a custom price of a sellable item back to the standard price in the context of that portfolio version.

To make any changes to the custom price of a sellable item, the portfolio version must be in the Private or In Work maturity state.
