Posture Section

The Posture section of the action bar provides commands for changing the posture of a manikin.

Posture Prediction
With the package created and a manikin assigned to the package, position the manikin within the vehicle interior dimensions.
See Defining a Manikin Posture Prediction.

Manipulate
Manipulates the manikin using inverse kinematics and other modes.
See Using Manipulate.

Reach Target
Use the inverse kinematics (IK) to make the manikin reach a specific target object.
See Using Reach.

Interact
This checks the interaction of a manikin towards an object through the skills of its human interfaces.
See Using Interact.

Joint Angle Manipulation
Controls the Manikins movements using forward kinematic manipulator.

See Using Joint Angle Manipulation with Dynamic Clash

Human Interaction
This creates a new Human Interaction which is inserted into the selected product.
See Creating, Modifying, or Using Existing Human Interactions.

Interactions Scenario
This opens a panel enabling you to define which manikin(s) are participating in the interactions scenario and each manikin's role.
See Defining an Interactions Scenario.

Update Manikin Interactions
See Flyout for Interaction Update
Copy Posture From CATIA Human
Copies posture of the CATIA Human Design manikin to a similar DELMIA Ergonomics Manikin. This is available with a CATIA Human Design License.

Flyout for Interaction Update

Update Manikins Interactions
Manually updates the active manikins to the defined Interactions.
See Defining an Interactions Scenario.

Auto Update Manikins Interactions
Automatically updates the active manikins to the defined Interactions.
See Commands Interacting with Auto and Update.
