Opening a Change Request

You can view the information related to a change request (CR). If you own the CR, click the My Changes category and select the CR from the list. Otherwise, you must search for the CR.

  1. Search for the CR.
  2. To open the CR, select it from the search results.

    The categories are described below:

    Category Tabs Description For More Information
    Properties Properties Properties for the CR. Change Request Properties Page
    History A log of all actions that have occurred for the CR. Viewing History for Content
    Routes Routes involving the CR and access to create a route. Routes Page and Routes Summary Page
    Lifecycle The CR lifecycle state, routes (tasks) involving the CR, and approval signatures required to move it through the lifecycle. Change Request Lifecycle

    Affected Items - Affected items added to the CR. Adding and Removing Affected Items
    Impact Analysis - Impact analysis created for the CR. Managing Impact Analysis
    Attachments - Lists CR attachments. Attachments
    Change Orchestration - Shows COs and CAs associated with the CR. Managing Change Orchestration for Change Requests
    Meetings - Shows meetings associated with the CR. Meetings Page
