Opening a Finding Status

You can open a finding status to view its details and related information.

When Accredited Body Organization (AB) creates an audit, audit finding, and finding status in their private collaborative space, by default these objects are not visible to Regulatory Responsible Organization (RR). The RR is the different organizations using its own different private collaborative space. To make these objects visible to RR (Audited) once they are internally validated by AB while promotion of a finding status from the Verify to Closed state, by default the system adds the Auditees of the corresponding audit in the Sharing page of finding status, audit finding, and audit.
