Marking a Formula as Reviewed

You can mark a formula as reviewed. A formula in the Reviewed state is not editable, is available for other users to see, and has a material in the materials database.


Before you begin: To perform this task, you must have the Formulation Designer 3DS role.

  1. In the work area, click Mark as Reviewed .
    A dialog box opens, asking you to confirm that you want to move the formula to the Reviewed state.
  2. Click Yes.
    The formula moves to the Reviewed state, and can no longer be edited. A material for the formula is generated in the materials database. This can be used as an ingredient in other formulas. For more information, see "Using Formulated Materials as Ingredients."
