From the Formulation Design home page, click Create Formula .
A formula grid for the new formula opens in the work area, and a tile for the formula is added to the left pane. The formula has a default name.

The formula grid for the new formula contains the following rows:

  • A phase, with the default name New Phase.
  • A blank ingredient row, labeled New Ingredient.
  • A row showing the total of ingredients.

You can now edit the formula by adding ingredients, phases, and processing instructions. You can also modify the formula properties.
