Rescaling Ingredient Weights

After you change the weights or the percentages of one or more ingredients in the formula, you can make Formulation Design recalculate the weights of all ingredients, so that they add up to 100% of the batch size.

Before you begin: To perform this task, you must have the Formulation Designer 3DS role.

In the work area, click Scale Ingredient Weights to Batch Size .
Formulation Design recalculates the ingredient weights so that they add to up to the batch weight specified in the formula's Properties tab. Formulation Design recalculates the ingredient percentages so that they add up to 100%. The ratio of the ingredients in the formula remains the same.
