Opening a Services Item

You can access all the information related to a Services Item.

Required license role: Services Product Manager, Services Product Developer, Services Product Contributor, Services Product Business Metrics, Review and Approve

Note: For a Services Product Business Metrics and Review and Approve user, most of the categories are read-only (no actions are available).

  1. Open the required Services Product. For more information, see Opening a Services Product.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Configurations.

    You can also use the Configurations tab on the My View app category to or the Configurations app category to list the available Services Items.

  3. Click the name of the required Services Item.

    You can use these categories in the navigation pane to access information related to the Services Product:

    Related Lists objects that are related in some way to the Services Item. Collaboration and Approvals User's Guide: Where Used or Collaboration List
    Where Used Lists all other items that use the Services Item. Collaboration and Approvals User's Guide: Where Used or Collaboration List

    Customer Extension Lists any customer extensions defined by your organization. –
    Content Reference Documents Displays all of the reference documents of the Services Item. Product Specifications and Reference Documents
    Generated Documents Lists the reports that have been generated for this Services Item. Generated Documents
    Compiled Content Lists documents filtered from the parent product based on the options selected for the Services Item. Compiled Content for Services Items
    Configuration Only available if you have the Services Product Manager license role.
    Configuration Lists the configuration features and lets you choose configuration options for the Services Item.

    You must have the Services Product Manager or Services Product Contributor license role to configure Services Items.
