Opening a Configuration Item

You can access these categories of information for a configuration item.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, Subcontract Administrator

Before you begin: Program and Contract Management must be the active app.
  1. List the app categories for Program and Contract Management.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Contracts > CIs.
  3. Select a CI.
  4. Click Categories to view the categories in the navigation pane. You can use these categories to view more details related to the CI.

    Specifications Lists the specifications attached to the parent product, feature, requirement or build. The applicable Requirement Specifications will be associated to the Configuration Item. Product Line Management User's Guide Specifications Page

    Responsibility Lists the different organizations that have some responsibility for the CI. —
