The AR-VR section provides commands for using immersive virtuality.

This page discusses:

No iV Stereoscopy
See Flyout for No iV Stereoscopy.
CAVE Configuration
See Flyout for CAVE Configuration.
HMD Configuration
See Flyout for HMD Configuration.
Desktop Wall Configuration
See Flyout for Desktop Wall Configuration.
Immersive Wall Configuration

HMD Emulator Configuration
See Flyout for HMD Master Configuration.
Viewpoints
Lets you define and preview different types of viewpoints you can then use during a VR session.
See Managing Viewpoints.
Clustering CAVE
Activates rendering on a TechViz cluster.
See Activating Rendering on a Cluster.
Magic Window
Overlays the current 3D scene on top of the real world using Augmented Reality.
See Running a Magic Window iV Scenario.
Walk Around
Displays the current 3D scene according to the real world using orientation sensors.
See Running a Walk Around iV Scenario.
In the Box
Displays the current 3D scene inside a virtual box using orientation sensors.
See Running an In the Box iV Scenario.

Flyout for No iV Stereoscopy

No iV Stereoscopy
Deactivates stereoscopic effects in the current view.
See Using Stereoscopic Viewing.
iV Active or Passive Stereoscopy
Activates active or passive stereoscopic effects.
See Using Stereoscopic Viewing.
iV Color Anaglyph Stereoscopy
Activates anaglyph stereoscopic effects.
Effects are applied to the current view using partial color reproduction.
See Using Stereoscopic Viewing.
iV Grey Anaglyph Stereoscopy
Activates grey anaglyph stereoscopic effects.
Effects are applied to the current view using shades of grey instead of color reproduction.
See Using Stereoscopic Viewing.
iV Half-Color Anaglyph Stereoscopy
Activates half-colored anaglyph stereoscopic effects.
Effects are applied to the current view using fewer colors than the iV Color Anaglyph Stereoscopy mode to decrease retinal rivalry.
See Using Stereoscopic Viewing.
iV Optimized Anaglyph Stereoscopy
Activates optimized anaglyph stereoscopic effects.
Effects are applied to the current view using no shades of red to decrease retinal rivalry as much as possible.
See Using Stereoscopic Viewing.

Flyout for CAVE Configuration

CAVE Configuration
Lets you specify the configuration for the CAVE scenario.
See Configuring a CAVE Environment.
CAVE
Lets you explore 3D models in a CAVE or head mounted display (HMD) environment with stereo and/or hand tracking.
See Configuring a CAVE Environment.

Flyout for HMD Configuration
